Many flat owners decide to use the services of Managing Agents to help them organise the maintenance, redecoration and improvement projects of their buildings. We can provide tailored services such as Building Defect Analysis, Fire Risk Assessments or Insurance Valuations to assess rebuild costs. BCB have extensive experience working with projects for apartment blocks and can help you and your clients make the whole task less time-consuming for residents - who after all, simply want to enjoy living in their homes.

For more major refurbishment projects, such as external repairs and decorations, re-roofing, balcony improvements, window replacements and so forth, a Chartered Building Surveyor from BCB can assist by handling the full Contract Management & Cost Control. We can help you with forming your project team, conduct a feasibility study and liaise with you to refine requirements and design aspects. Once a brief is established, BCB Chartered Building Surveyors can use their expertise to prepare all the necessary architectural drawings, Schedules of Works and contract documents to enable you to gain the best quality of workmanship available for your project budget. We can also obtain any necessary Local Authority Planning/Building Regulation approvals as the project proceeds.
